We seek to live in the world without conforming to the powers of evil, witnessing to God's grace by serving others, caring for creation and inviting all people to know Jesus as Savior and Lord.
Serving others means to help others in need as an expression of our faith. On the local level, one of our recent examples is Ten Thousand Gardens, donating the surplus or a portion of garden produce to area food pantries. Other examples include involvement with the Ten Thousand Villages of Grayslake store and volunteering at a local soup kitchen.
